Scope:

• Planning application preparation and liaison, including producing all necessary designs, plans and documents to accompany the application

• Preparation of plans suitable for use by building team, plumber and electrician

• Project management of the build, trades and

• Sourcing trades, building materials, doors, windows, tiles, sanitary ware, tap ware, light fittings and other internal finishes such as guardrails, plaster, and paint

• Sourcing and installing kitchen

• Design of full house layout, including plumbing, electrical and lighting layouts

• Preparation and installation of interior design including moodboards and sourcing items

• Undertaking numerous demolition, renovation, and finishing (flooring, plastering, painting, minor builds) projects
