• Design of full house layout, including plumbing, electrical and lighting layouts

• Interior design including design principles, colour scheme, moodboards and finishes schedule

• Sourcing trades and finishing materials such as tiles, sanitary ware, tap ware, light fittings and other internal finishes such as guardrails and paint

• Coordination of trades to be consistent with design and regular project updates to client
